At the invitation of Dr. Ke Xu, CEO of Hong Kong-based LaSense Technology, Professor Yu Wang and Dr. Liuhao Ma visited the Qianhai Shenzhen–Hong Kong Youth Innovation and Entrepreneur Hub. Dr. Xu introduced the company’s recently developed high-precision online monitoring system for ammonia and nitrogen oxides in flue-gas denitrification, and its tracer-gas sensors for building ventilation. He also outlined current policies supporting the commercialization of research in the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area.
Professor Wang and Dr. Ma discussed technology development, new applications and student internships with their hosts. The visit deepened their understanding of the company and supported future project collaboration.
