At the invitation of Professor Ren Wei of the Department of Mechanical and Automation Engineering of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Professor Yu Wang of the Advanced Combustion Laboratory delivered an academic report on the application of ammonia hydrogen new energy in high temperature manufacturing at the Chinese University of Hong Kong on April 27, 2023.
In the report, Professor Yu Wang introduced in detail the team's recent work on the application of ammonia-hydrogen new energy subversive technology to burn the world's first zero-carbon ammonia fuel fired ceramic tiles, and discussed with the attendees the stable combustion mechanism of 100% ammonia fuel in high-power industrial burners and the specific principle and practical effect of the team's three-stage NOx emission control strategy for ceramic kilns. After the meeting, Professor Ren Wei and Professor Yu Wang took a group photo in front of the Sir Charles Kao sculpture of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and discussed in depth the follow-up scientific research cooperation between the two sides.
