The technical content of this project mainly includes nutrition research, intelligent control technology, combustion and test diagnosis technology and so on.
The multi-band hyperspectral tomography reconstruction absorption spectrum technology and gas stove temperature measurement system developed by teacher Ma provide important technical support for the development of high efficiency and low pollution gas stove. It is verified that Midea gas stove has the remarkable characteristics of "big enough fire, small fire small enough, multi-speed adjustable and intelligent control". It solves the difficulty of measuring the spatial distribution of flame temperature in non-uniform and wide temperature range of gas stove and overcomes the pain point that it is difficult to accurately apply radiation corrections to conventional thermocouple measurements in complex combustion fields. based on the developed test and diagnosis system, it is experimentally verified that the new dual-nozzle, dual-entrainment design is superior to the conventional single-nozzle, single-entrainment design in combustion efficiency, which is the first experimental verification in the industry. At the same time, it will continue to support the development of new gas stoves and integrated stove systems.
