The 2021 APC Joint academic Conference was held in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province from December 5 to 7. This joint academic conference highlights the theme of "vehicle power technology driven by dual-carbon goals", focusing on the discussion and exchange of a number of key technologies in the engine field.
Dr. Lei Xu, a young teacher of Nanjing University of Science and Technology, a graduate of the Class of 20 Advanced Combustion Laboratory, and Professor Yu Wang of the Laboratory gave a keynote report entitled "soot formation characteristics of carbon Neutral fuel blending Combustion". Jizhou Zhang, a doctoral student in the laboratory, shared his latest research experience in the field of alternative fuels, "the emission characteristics of n-butanol / diesel spray combustion and the effect of oxygen concentration", and won the award for excellent thesis.
Through the exchange of APC conference, the research ideas of the laboratory in the field of carbon-neutral fuel were expanded, and the cooperation and exchange with brother universities were strengthened, which laid the foundation for the later research on the vehicle application of carbon-neutral fuel.
