On August 28, 2021, the online exhibition and exchange activity of the first national excellent undergraduate graduation thesis (design) sponsored by the Teaching steering Committee of Energy Power Specialty of the Ministry of Education came to an end in Shandong University. This year, a total of 83 colleges and universities participated in the exhibition and exchange activities of excellent undergraduate thesis (design) of energy power major. Through the links of solicitation, expert letter evaluation, expert meeting evaluation, etc., 102 national excellent graduation thesis (design) works are finally recommended.
Zhu Xiaohong, a student under the guidance of Professor Yu Wang of the Advanced Combustion Laboratory, was selected as an excellent undergraduate thesis (design) of the national energy and power major in his thesis "Combustion Experimental data Analysis of a China VI natural-gas engine fueled with hydrogen blends". This paper was also awarded the "Outstanding Bachelor's degree thesis of the 2021 Wuhan University of Technology". Zhu Xiaohong, the author of the thesis, has been sent to Tsinghua University to pursue a master's degree.
