The second World Internal Combustion engine Congress was held in Jinan, China from April 21 to 24, 2021. Sponsored by the China Internal Combustion engine Society, with the theme of "Green, efficient, intelligent and reliable", this conference is a grand event of comprehensive technology exchange in the internal combustion engine industry with the participation of all countries, regions and organizations in the world.
Jizhou Zhang, a doctoral student in the laboratory, attended the meeting and showed his recent research results "An experimental and numerical study on soot formation characteristics of butanol isomers in counterflow non-premixed flames". Through the study and exchange of the meeting, we learned about the latest research trends in related fields and expanded the research ideas in the later stage.
